We are very lucky at Alexander Heights Family Practice to have support from Allied Health Professionals. This includes Pathology and Psychology. These services can all be accessed at low or no cost for health care card holders and financially stressed people, when referred through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) .
