Telephone & Video Consults
During any lock-down period with community spread of COVID, we will be offering telephone consults. These are suitable for most of your general medical concerns when you don’t need to physically see the doctor.
Should it be required, we have capacity to see patients at the surgery in our isolation room.
Telephone consultations will be charged and billed as normally, with those on health care cards and pensions, as well as those in high risk groups, being bulk billed and others being billed according to our standard Fees and Charges.
We also have video consultations available. These can be booked with your doctor in advance.
Picking up prescriptions after your consult
We are able to send any prescriptions directly to you via e-script. Should a paper script be required, we can forward it to the pharmacy in the neighbouring building for preparation and pick up.
